Incorporated in 1998, our Plate-making & Color Printing manufacturing company is a Ningbo based graphic designer-, plate- maker and folding carton manufacturer . Within 10 years it has been developed to be a premium supplier in its field with 203 employees, 35 in-house technicians, covering an area of 209.896 sqf. Our Plate-making & Color Printing manufacturing company places its greatest emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction in service to consumer products manufacturers, whole sale and retail-service.
Our on-going success is built on our continual investment on complete utilities, creative teams and flexible management .Currently, our design studio is equipped with 30 sets of Apple MAC, Samsung, DELL computers loaded with up to date software, 1 set of Multi-color laser printer, 1 set of Heidelberg image setter, 1 set of large format digital proofing machine, 1 set of electronic color separation machine etc. In the printing workshop, we have 2 sets of world renowned and cutting edge Heidelberg 4 color litho-press with infrared-drying and aqueous coating function, besides, to meet customs’ specialties, we have 2 sole-color off-set press, 1 off-line coater. To the post press part, to accommodate customers’ diverse needs, a variety of machines were purchased. We have 1 BOBST cartoning line with 100,000pcs daily output, 3 sets of creasing equipments, 2 sets of auto- die-cuttings with stamping function, 2 wireless-gluing machines, 5 saddle stitches, 4 wire stitches,2 glue binderies, etc.. As our business is expanding, we will keep the strength of purchasing more new advanced equipments.
